The reality is :

Although I would like to see all money paid back, it is okey to give some concession to industrialists during the time of distress. I have seen four textile factories closed down and their owners becoming bankrupt in my own town. I would definitely have redefined terms of payment to those people. Similarly, in Fulbari Resort too, it is wise to give some chance to our own industrialists so that they can repay the loan.

I am not familiar with the Chanda's case, but if I were the prime minister, I would probably give him some more time to repay the loan and will waive a fraction of the interest rate. All industrialists have suffered in the last fifteen years at the hand of the Maoists and they have to work hard to compete with India and China. We must give them some favorable terms.

It takes a lof of courageous industrialists to lift our country from its current mess. I don't like the unions that act against the industrialists. I don't like the parties when they close the highways, and don't like the govt when it cant' supply enough electricity. How in the world are our industrialists supposed to compete with China then? We must attract industrialists, and give them concessions so that they create more job in Nepal and so that our poor people don't have to go to Arab to work at the dangerous jobs for 100 dollars per month.
