I love ur idea of putting alluminium foil around the pot and poking holes hahaha... very innovative, dont forget to oil the foil b4 placing the momos. Katechor jyu..... Momo is simple but requires a little hard work.... and lots of cooking methods has being suggested so go ahead and try it out, first time ma perfect bayena baney keep trying.... Good luck...
