Hi Sand_deep,
best of luck with your future business but I would have to agree with Syanjali. I know that does sound pessimistic and conservative, but when you have to do actual business instead of just an idea in your head, you have to minimize risk and think of the worst possible outcomes beforehand so that you are prepared when the contingencies hit -- and hit they will.
So what Syanjali was saying, I am pretty sure everyone feels the same way. The people who have agreed right now will back out later on when it comes to the actual doing time. So unless you have a sound business plan and strategy you achieve nothing by asking a question just for the sake of asking. If you want to convince people, you need a sound plan and cold hard facts and not just a lot of air.
