OCT101, you still have the time, there is a consultancy in dallas area from where you can extend the Extend your OPT. I think the name is "Verisoft" but I am not quite really sure.

There are some other consultancy which you can find in desicrunch.com. Yes, you have to pay tax once you extend the OPT but you shouldn't worry about that coz you have to pay only minimum tax which they will manage it.
