I hasitate to call it  "an Autism." Because children/people with  Autism they sometime have an extraordinary talent in doing things. They just don't function the way a normal person supposed to on a daily basis.

On the other hand, the person with the learning disability cannot learn things rapidly or normally as other normal persons do.
