Well, it depends on the time period you are talking about. Sometimes it can be something, and the other times something else depending on the hot topic of the day. Nepal was on one of the top 10 searched words on google when we were having the elections, and when King surrendered power.
Today (or to say "currently" would be better), it is "orlando shooting" because, there was a shooting in Orlando. So, it depends.
Its irrelevant to talk about the most searched words without specifying the time.
