Thanks for your advice. But as the email asks, they need the employer details as well. If my roomies decide to tell the DSO that they are holding some study related volunteer job then even in that case, they would need the start and end date of the volunteer job; which they do not have now.
It is expected that their admissions decision from a graduate school would come within 9 days from today. In that case, can they tell the DSO that they have been applying to school and awaiting decision. What if the DSO asks them what they had been before applying to school?
