Did you watch the video at  4 minute 4 second when the tourist makes an ironical gestures about  Maoist civil war.     He does not even think it about civil war .....he calls it maoist civil war and makes a mocking gesture. 

And how right he is.  We all know that war was nothing but a farce for maoist to come to power.  Akhir kunai chamatkar ta bhaena .  Maoist are not even a political party but a criminal outfit.
