The maximum capacity calculated by the thories known is :3-6%.

And the  researcher are  claiming that it is 10%, or 70%.

So you ask yourself  that the believer are stupid, you are stupid, I am stupid, author are stupid or reviewer are stupid. The citation is there does not mean that  that is always true.
