Punkaj cashing out the lotto ticekt is not Nepalese problem.. it's american culture problem. People in USA started practicing guns now.. even old people above age 80s... why?  With big unemployment rates.. peole will start stealing, looting, breaking banks if it comes to a stage where they will have to watch their kids starving for even a one meal.... money.. comon.. mad mmoney.. this stealing is american problem.. not nepalese....
