Before you could directly use pie diagram, first u need to make frequency table,
in a column , write the bins u need, ie 20,30, 40 . then next to it use frequency function, =frequency(data, bin), select all on right side then click in formula bar and press ctrl+Shift+enter, u will see a frequenct table then make pie diagram form it
