while i admire you courage for thinking about going back to Nepal, finding satisfying jobs can be very difficult because of differences in work culture and system. plus pay.

I don't know what kind of jobs you can have in Nepal with just an undergraduate degree and an additional work experiences in quite irrelevant fields. but one thing I know for sure is that your degree "Mathematics and Statistics" is very valuable here in the United States. I don't know what are you future plan for higher studies but i think you should go for master in the relevant fields. Since you have two years of IT, the best job that i can think is Quantitative Finance or Computational Finance, Financial engineering otherwise referred to as Quant Jobs. go and Google this degree, if you  have slightest interest in it, you should definitely pursue it. it is worth it.

These jobs are highly demanded in wall street or any fields where they need very critical analysis of any substance. pay starts from 6 figures but getting into universities is very difficult because of limited seats and competitiveness. if you like mathematics and statistics and programming, this is a right job for you.

don't lose hope. right now it's a very bad time and everybody is suffering.

if you really want to go back to Nepal, you should at least do you master. it means a lot there too
