How is the Job Market in Nepal? Does it help like in the past if you have American Graduate Degree?

My friend's friend is making NRs.45k per month working as a Assistant bank Manager and others also share some great news working in Multi national companies in Nepal and India. I'm not sure if you can make almost half a lakh every month.

If thats true then why not return back to Nepal.
