At the end of the day, what I intended to "learn" or know turned out to completely disappoint me. On a different note, I'm actually glad that you seniors are doing fantastic job by studying in different colleges.

As for myself, I have a mere GPA of 2.6 and trust me, I didn't actually ask the question about stipend sum for myself. I had a discussion with one of my best friends who got offered 22 grand/year at WVU for biochemistry and I was a little curious, thats all.

By the looks of things, I'll be struggling to get into a Grad school, top tier is out of my reach and question. I have a lot of job experiences but nothing spectacular or flashy. Things went downhill for me due to my personal problems ever since I entered my 4th semester and I never really recovered. As a matter of fact, during my senior year ( 1st semester ), I had a piss-poor GPA of 1.8 ( only 12 credits, 6 of which were supposed to be "easy As" ). But, I've vowed to improve and GMAT preparation is underway. The only hopeful tool on my side is my eligibility for student loans ( being a resident ) and unlike many, I don't wanna sit back and relax. Just because I don't need to worry about my status doesn't mean anything. I came here to study and except for some major hiccups, I've done fairly well in other fields - learning various aspects of life being the major gain.

What do you seniors suggest then? Is there anything that an average Joe like myself can aspire for?
