can i leave consultency in the middle of my OPT if i find a full time in the middle pf working there.
-U can Unless You sign a Funky Agreement that u will stay with the Consultancy for Couple of year. Take a Deeper look at the Document u r Signing.
when will my sponsership for h1 begin? as soon as i work for consultency or is it sponsered by their clients?
-They can Sponsor for Fiscal year's 2010 Quota as Cap is still not reached or You can apply for Fiscal year 2011 Quota for which the Filing will begin on April 1st 2010. Since u will be Working for Consultancy as their employee, that company has to Sponsor your H1B or If the Client is willing to Sponsor u then it is great. But Remember "Once on H1B you always have to get paid the amount Equal to or greater than the Amount Mentioned in LCA.
Working for consultency, is it fulltime or only if i can find projects to work on.. is it guaranteed that I will always be working on projects?
-You can Work Fulltime or Part time . There is no guarantee that You will always be working on the Project. IN H1B you cannot be benched.
