Getting H1 without a Job is Suicidal.
"I have an offer from a consultancy. They said they would provide free training and I go work in groups with their clients. But I will remain employee for this consultancy"
They always send offer to the recent graduates and those who r graduating very soon. Most of them always provide free training and accommodation(10 PPL living in a Company Guest house). Once they finish up the Training in Couple of Months , they will make fake resumes(Even if u don't have a single year of Experience they will make 5-7 years of Experience). If u r lucky they will find a Project for You and will take a Large Chunk of ur hard earned money from ur Payroll.. These PPL r Operating Bodyshops..I blame Consulatncies for all the mess they have created..Even the PPL with Genuine Experience and smart ppl r not getting the Jobs because of the dirt they r doing..
My piece of advice to u -Never Work for these Bloodsuckers. If u r Graduating this fall, Start posting ur resumes and apply on your own..I know it's mighty hard but u never know..
