my friend from okhalama could not pay his fee so has been out of status for 2 months and now he is  scared that he may get caught by INS and deported as he is illegal here ,he has credit cards and bank loan for his car he is planning to reinstate in spring semester till than can he be deported as they can track him adress on his credit card and bank loan.
