Cybro...here is something that might help you.
1) It is not true that you need to have a job by the first three month..as long as you are looking for a job. So you can qualify for the OPT extension if you studied Science, Engineering, Maths and are working in a field of your major.
2) If your company is not enrolled in E-Verify, find a staffing firm in the field of your job. If you don't know how, let me know your major and I can help you out. And tell your current company to hire you through the staffing firm. So, your company will pay the staffing firm and the staffing firm will pay you ( you might loose some money..but not a whole lot, because you won't get much benifit from the staffing firm). So, even though you will be working for your current company, you will technically be an employee of the staffing firm (most of which are enrolled in E-Verify). This way has worked for some people I know. If you more information, contact me.
