nce u get ur denied letter how many days can one stay in US? "It depends whether ur extension is denied retroactively or not(Chances r , it may be)..Which means u r already staying here Illegally and accruing Unlawful Presence..In that case u don't have a single day to stay here in US..
If ur Extension is not denied retroactively then, there should be the day written in Your denial Letter to leave the US..
