Let's stop this nonsense. If a dhoti is a legal Nepali Citizen he owns the country no less than you. If we the Nepalese people were responsible enough, no one would have been able to do Dadagiri like you said. We should not forget that as soon as we migrate or move to countries like USA or Australia, we look for a Dhoti ko Gas-station, restaurant or pasal... without them many of us would not have been able to meet our ends or complete the education in countries like USA.
