i don't know wut u really wanna prescribe but let me tell u one thing, the ip ur talkin abt.. wut it can do to arrest somobody, cuz a particular computer cud b shared by different people, n there's nothin to do abt the ip n all... so just don't try to threaten all nepalese out there and also who you are to post such kinda threat... also we're in nepal dude... we don't have anythin to do wid ur US...
it's our nepal and we can do wutever we wish in our country.. things might be different frm where u currently reside... but still u cant make nepalese implement ur US laws here in Nepal dude.. so think abt it..don't think that u r in US means everybody sud be in your US..
