-Nepali does not need visa only if you are travelling through Cathey pacific/Dragon air  in and out of Hongkong. For both in and out from Hongkong need to be one of those two airlines.-

Maalpani, your information is wrong.  Nepali needs transit visa for Hongkong for any transit time in HongKong unless as mentioned above.
