Hope he will read this thread ..I tried to call this agency at 617-500-4407 on Thursday @ 1:36 from my hopme line. It was ringing for almost a minute and half, then I thought my VOIP phone was not working well. So I tried to call him from my cell phone (which is reliable than VOIP). Person on the other side just  hang up the phone (heard the click and was disconnected) and I thought some technical diffilculty might have arise so I tried to call them back again and same thing Click and hung up. Does this agency know what customer service is, or are they just a joker agency.
