1 room can be for a single person but if can accomodate 2 can be managed, all including gas electricity, room already has two mattress and a closet if u want to use it or else can be removed.kitchen bathroom and living room can be shared. near all subway 2 blocks at 7train or 3 blocks at roosevelt ave 7,G R V E Train.
