I'd say do not break any law of the land but at the same time, you can maneuver around the loop-holes as much as you can (Hey everyone else is doing that, why can't you?). No wonder, law professionals get paid handsomely in America.
To the people who are criticizing Sketchy beyond she deserves: do not be too righteous, you must have done something ethically questionable in your life-time to this day, if you care to recall. For example let's talk about Tibetan refugees living in Nepal or India, most of them come to US on a Nepali or Indian passport. Another one, the invitee of US college graduate originally from Nepal or a third world country over-stay their visa. You see no one is a saint here.

My friend got tourist visa and is trying to travel here in US. She is 6 month pregnant and you can tell she is pregnant from the size of her belly. My question here is if immigration will give her hard time at the port of entry due to her condition of pregnancy? If somebody has experience, please share.
Bottomline is, unless there are laws that bar pregnant women from third-countries traveling to the US, I see no legal or moral issue here.
