 ate entrance, a balcony, living room, kitchen, full bathroom and backyard to chill. Need someone who can pay rent on time and keep the place clean. Not really anal about having everything neat and tidy though. No pets please except fishes and the likes. 

About us: 2 females 20 and 23 going to college. Non smoker , friendly, outgoing, open with having overnight guests and get together with friends 

 Move in cost is first months rent+depost that is $700
