You cannot runaway from not paying debt in US. This is not a smart choice I would do. Secondly, thinking changing SSN? You're about to commit another Federal crime for which you might end up with imprisonment or being deported, depending on your alien status.

So please do the right thing that keeps you straight and clean. In Nepal, you can do any crime and still can roam around free with the support of politicial assholes. Do not dream of such in US. Please.
