It is said, thoughts lead to feelings, and feelings lead to actions such as behaviors which develops life situations. Check your thoughts and feelings, are they rational or irrational beliefs. When you are comfortable with your self esteem-encourage yourself to confront your beliefs. To learn further Google on cognitive behavior therapy and/or solution focused therapy.


However, the biggest concern might be YOU ARE NOT READY TO HELP YOURSELF. Perhaps recognize that TIME heals everything as nothing is constant. Develop some coping mechanism with positive self-talk and life achievements.


Of course every individual has different perspectives and may not work on you. At the same time BRO! It’s worth try. You tried.
