Ingredients:
• 100 gms Minced Pork
• 250 gms French Beans, cut into 2cm lengths
• 1 tsp Minced Garlic
• 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
• 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
• 1 tsp Sugar
• A dash Sesame Oil
• To taste Salt and Pepper
• 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
• 100 ml Water
• 1 tsp Cornflour mixed with 1 tbsp Water
Method:
1. Heat non-stick wok with a thin coat of cooking oil.
2. Stir-fry garlic and tamarind paste for 1 minute.
3. Add in minced pork and fry until color changes.
4. Add in French beans, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, salt, pepper seasoning water.
5. When the pork and beans are cooked, add in the cornflour paste and stir until the sauce is thick.
6. Serve with rice.
