I don't see any crap in this thread. Please learn to see beyond personal relations. FYI, I learned the name of victim from this thread. I posted here just to point the culture of blaming the rape victims in societies. If you see the above video, you'll see the outrageous arguments made by victim's sister. I hope you're not trying to make the one here.
I absolutely disagree that Nepal is a shitty country; it is currently being dominated by shitty people, and these shitty people will remain shitty and advocate for shittiness wherever they go.
Consent? First of all, as far as I know, US law doesn't define consent below 18 years old. Secondly, if she was giving the consent and enjoying it, she does have no reason to escape from the relation. Thirdly, perhaps you'll never agree about the term called 'rape' in marital relationship, and will say consent for that too.
