Having been to Jajarkot, I preety much know the situation there.
The problem is not of Jajarkot but the overall health system of Nepal. I have experienced working for the govt of Nepal - its the mismanagement of the govt.

Only the doctors who do not have "approach" are sent to remote places like that. (BTW Jajarkot is that remote compared to other places as "chaurijahari" airport is only three hours away by foot). The political system has created such conditions. The doctors, if go to such places at all, they do not have access to any other resources.

Its OK to blame the system and point out the problems.  I do agree with most of the posters that he should also have metioned the solution.

Unfortunately  public health is not the agenda of the govt and diarrhoea is killing Nepalese.
