INS matter - Need Advice for Affidavit of Support

I-130 for my spouse and child have been approved. Now INS asked me to fill the bunch of Affidavit of support forms. I am confused how to fill those forms.


These are the forms.


  • I-864W - Intending Immigrant's Affidavit of Support Exemption
  • I-864EZ - Affidavit of Support
  • I-864 - Affidavit of Support
  • I-864A - Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member
  • I-864P - 2009 Poverty Guidelines
