In my prospective,

The first and the foremost thing they are lacking is ; "On the information of existance of such country NEPAL in the globe". When somebody asks you where are you from? simply i am from NEPAL doen't make any sense to them. We need to explain them quiete briefly saying "there does exists a tinycountry called NEPAL which is very beautiful and lies between India and China".

They do know the highest peak of the world, MT. EVEREST, but don't know Nepal.

My point of telling this is if you know the food then only you will go and taste it, untill and unless you know you damn  care it.
