do u have a USB drive? if u have one, try to install the antivirus program from the safe mode thru USB drive, if u aren't able to online from the regular a/c, and reboot the computer and run the full scan from the normal user account. hope it helps. and get the IE s**t outta ur computer. I recommend firefox/chrome.
