Diarrhea still out of control in Jajarkot district

132 people dead by Diarrhea. Health Department having hard time taking health worker and medicine to this remote district.  Can't believe people still die of diarrhea in 21st century.   This time of the year, there is always diarrhea break out, why can't the government be proactive instead of waiting for the outbreak.  The health minister should resign in moral ground...yeah right as if that is going to happen.
