Hello Friends,
I have been accepted for Graduate Program in one of the school and i have to submit Certificate of Immunization...Since i graduated from US unviersity(Undergrad), i don't know the dates or any certificate that i brought from Nepal right now...
How do i submit this ? what else can be done. Please help me....If any of u have been to this situation please share your experience..
