With so much “knowing”, what evidence do you have of your “doing” in reporting these allegations or taking other steps to facilitate action against this supposedly wayward General before May 09? Even leaving aside such other parenthetical matters about your beloved NepBat as its officers selling ammunition to Hezbollah and smuggling all manner of things from 555 to what not, just how were you in a position to know all this about General Khadka’s activities and yet also in a position to turn the proverbial blind eye with such panache?
