Another scholarship is granted by India for the Ashwini Shah, he is the son of the doctor who is notorious for kidney transaction in Nepal some year back.
ICCR gave him MBA scholarship although his Bachelor marks were 47 %.
One can check Indian Embassy year 2003-2005
Not only that, these kind of so called high level people have high contacts. He did internship in UNDP in Nepal, it was also through connection..
