Here are the issues that I know that I have to fix before exposing to the UAT testing.

Currently I am working on issue 2). Sure I will talk to you once you comeback. As I discussed with you earlier, there were many issues need to be fixed to make it UAT ready by 7/15.

Adding the other work may impact these. Somehow Team lead was unable to understand the issues as she want to "off-load" her work to the team. Since she is getting more resistance from me when try to off-load, she is shifting the project plan, by shifting lahare's work to me and then off-loading e-sign to lahare. Today I have a long discussion with her. As till this point of time, we (team members) tried our best to complete the work rather than putting priority on other issues.

The only point I want to convey is that we all felt that team lead is just off-loading her work (without writing a single piece of usable code) by projecting to management that there is only few days of work left in eSign module. Anyway once you return I will show the useless code she is trying to off-load..
