Sure: I agree with it and need to start from those maoests who  kidnapped the school childeren in past , present and future.

All those maoest , named YCL should get capital punishment who intentionally kill and  kidnapp innocent citizens.  This will apply for past present and futures crimes.

Any one who abducts for ransom should awarded with capital punishment.  I hope this will reduce crime as well those bas.....ts.
