It is a great idea to share the power to govern between the national and central government. Even though our country was divided into developemet regions, zones and districts we have lot of dire and heart-rending situations in nook and corners of our contry. There are womens ploughing the field, lack of food, starvation, disease, and much more. With this advent of recent development in the country, still there are marginalized people who get excited for the purchase of a telivision set or say a radio. The most preliminary challenge of any country is to provide food, clothing and shelter to the people. Another thing the concept of marginalizing people should be discarded. Since the foundation of Nepal, we have people living in peace and harmony. But in recent decades the maoist insurgency has claimed a multitude of innocent civilian victims: Men, women and children and even old ones.They have created a rift in the people and are exploiting their morale in the name of caste, creed, religion and definitely ethnicity. They need to be taken care of. They have lost their lands and direction of living. So as far as i think, i support federalism but strongly oppose integrating the country into different ethnic states. If one opts to divide the country into ethnic states they should also think of civil war.
