Bad Man, are you a sublime ignoramus or just an illiterate perpetrator asking me a question that denies even the understanding of the minutest rhetoric??  I am posing a question to those that formed the NFDIN Act 2002 and not about anyone's Nepalipan or Bhotepan.  Read the lines and if possible, also in between the lines instead of just imposing what you belive I said which I never did...Get it, ya meandering kid?? 

Nepe, I could givers a rat's azz about the NEFIN folks.  Seriously, how hard is it for any nincompoop out there to start an organization with a few Ph.D cats and ignore every ethnic group I could care less about and not include them in my list for the indigenous communities of Nepal??  Man, if they could include Walung, Dolpo, etc. in their list, then why not Manang or Mustang (which are as large or even larger districts)?  This is an outrage!!
