Khyati's murder- a systemic failure

As the news may sound, I first concluded Khyati's murder case as an isolated case, a crime committed by some psychopath..But, after some analysis and reading about growing crimes in Nepal, I have come to believe that this murder is a consequence of the systemic failure. When a society or a country is devoid of law and order, people become less hesitant to commit heinous crimes like this for some money or sex. People who have bad motives do not fear to do evil. They see a lot of criminals walking on the streets as free citizens and really believe that they can get out of their crimes easily. I understand that such crimes can happen and have happened even in Europe or America; But, I believe lack of law and order verily fuel these kind of criminal activities.

Although I am not in Nepal now; my loved ones are there. Sometimes I think our loved ones there are doing alright till now by luck or chance only. They can easily be victims of evil minds as there is no law and order in our country. Guys, this is a really serious issue. Hope, the people involved in this even get severe punishment.
