Has MAKUNE and his Govt. already signed the undesired Extradition Treaty with India?

Our country's politicians are idiots that they have done such works that are unexpected, undesirable, and has ridiculed the innocent civilians in the pasts time and again like:

- sold Karnali, Kalapani, Darjeeling, Sikkim, and many others, you know what I'm talking about... that's why there have been issues coming up about Greater Nepal and border encroachments...
-have eaten whole aircraft... Lauda
-have seen decades of stale Koirala-cracy
- broadcast of Prachanda's self-explanatory grand design video-tape, which was quite late; although, they had an access to it a year earlier.
-MAKUNE defending his part like a gay after being PM of the country, and shamelessly/blatantly blaming Prachanda and their works in Govt... dude, at least during Maoist's 9 months tenure in Govt. brought some change in country's economical growth from a halt to some progress... Shame on you Mr. PM. You must have been ashamed so much in your political life, but still you got this position as a PM for granted due to Koirala-cracy...
-Nepal's monarchy is an extinct piece in Nepali politics... so, let's not involve the history and waste our resources... Let's not talk about them... People, just forget them... No remembrance... no involvement... no criticization... It was a bitter past.

Anyways, back to the main point,

So, there might be chances that after an year from now, India might claim that Nepal's then Govt. has already signed the Extradition Treaty with us during Menon's visit to Kathmandu in June 2009... with a valid documentation signed on Nepali Kagaz written in Hindi, Nepali, and English...

Probability = 1/2

Let's toss a coin when appropriate time comes...

These might be true or not!!!
No offense!!!
Just be Cautious!!!

Jaya Nepal!!!
