This alleged Rakshas seems to have come across the border. But there are plenty of other Rakshasas -born and raised in Nepal.
The way those kidnappers murdered this young woman shows how devilishly inhumane they were, kind of low life families they came from and the seedy upbringing they must have had. They could have honored their promise to return the innocent woman unharmed once the payment came across. Even if they had to get rid of her to protect their identities, they should not have given that kind of death to her especially for an innocent young lady who had her whole life ahead of her.
Next time it happens to another victim, the whole city needs to come together to collect clues and information implicating those perpetrators crimes in order to bring them to justice for one of you or your family members could be next target if you let them get away.

A few ways, that come in my mind as I type, to protect the the wealthy ones to protect their family members:
1) The rich should stop flaunting their riches amidst the have-nots.
2) If you are fortunate enough to have a blessed life and wealth, enjoy it in a low key manner
3) Do not leave young family members unsupervised or unchaperoned.
4) Hire bodyguards if possible.
5) Do not let strangers or shady characters into your life or household.
