Has Gyanendra got away with war and economic crimes?

Gyanendra had challenged the government and the Constituent Assembly to prosecute him if they found him guilty on the Palace Massacre. More than a year has passed, and they have not even probed into this incident, let alone proving it.

Regarding war and economic crimes, I guess if he is tried, all those who led the government during the insurgency should also face the same charges. Can't have double standards.

I'd read somewhere that he was writing an autobiography. Would love to see what unfolds once it is out.
