Has Gyanendra got away with war and economic crimes?

Gyanendra was forced to give in because the army decided that they weren’t going to carry a liability like him anymore. One further criminally stupid decision and he would have ended up like Ceausescu. He saved his neck in the nick of time. Glorifying that fact might put bread on the table of Gyanendra supporters but it serves no other useful purpose. Now is the time to tie up loose ends like him by putting him on trial for war crimes and economic crimes against the people of Nepal. If even the Nuremberg trials set up by the victorious allies acquitted defendants, what have Gyanendra and Paras to fear? May be they have already admitted their guilt?
