i recently won the dv lottery and the case number is  21***  and am currently in the US but confused  about AOS or CP processing.i heard that counselor processing is faster and safer than AOS.please share your experince.ani dv pareko sathiharu le kun process garnu bhayo?any help will be highly appreciated.
