Does Cirro Energy have better rates than other electric provider. I found out they have .09/kw/hr Vs. TXU 0.15. Apparently, you are going to save some money; but they said the taxes and other charges are going to be little different. Now my question is: does with all the charges the bill even outs with TXU or other providers (thus not saving any money). Has anyone gone thru same situation.
