3. Letter from Office Stating that he works in this company and requesting consulate to grant him VISA

4.Pay Stubs

5.Tax Return Document for Individual(W-2's)

6.Copy of LCA(I-129)

7.Firm Registration doc and Photographs of working place(If u r working for Indian Consultancy)

8.Of course your Passport

9. Your Previous I20's(Not mandatory but they make ask for it)
